It’s been nearly ten years since I played to my first group of kids at my daughter Cori’s daycare. Now she’s 13, and I’m still Babalooing. After a decade of acting goofy, I’m probably unemployable. Besides, I don‘t want a real job, so I’ve asked my friend Stacey (www.visualthumbprint.com) to put together a cool, interactive website that will let the world know about Babaloo. Amazing! I took First and Second Place in the 2008 International Songwriting Competition (ISC) -- a feat they say has never been done. “The Wee Wee Dance” and “My Toothbrush Fell in the Toilet” won first and second place, respectively, in the Children‘s Category. It’s been great waiting for the mail every day. [more]
